I have gone to the lot trouble of setting up my account on these Social Networking sites and having let my friends know the time has come to close my account.

So I decide that actually it may not be a great idea to have lots of my personal information floating about on-line and want to delete my accounts.

This should be simple to delete one self from these Social Networking sites, right? Well NO NOT QUITE! The fact are, I couldn't completely erase all my account from most these Social Networking sites.

I would tell you to do the following If you are going to close an account and you have decided to close it for sure, the best thing to do would be log-in and change all of your account info and details about your self to useless information and details about your self.

Most of these sites use very carefully constructed sentences to skirt around the fact that they’ll keep at least some of your details on their records.

Here is a instance for you. Microsoft Windows Live account, Microsoft states: “Closing your account will permanently delete your registered information (This is information given to Windows Live, including your e-mail address and password.) and credentials”, Wow this sound good this just what I wanted!, until you read further down the document to the part that says, “Some of your information will not be deleted. To learn more about this see Microsoft On-line Privacy Notice”,

Microsoft has no specific mention of any of the information that may be retained about you!!!!

Some of these site also talks of ‘deactivating’ accounts rather than deleting it!

Look being on Social Networking site is fun, Just be carefully with your information.

Some one is get rich on your information..... NO JOKE!

Being a Expat in the Philippines you come to know that living with the Filipino people can be a wonderful experience. You will truly feel wanted and appreciated especially if you learn to adapt to the Filipino culture. As a Expat you will observe that there is a huge degree of tolerance of other cultures and a willingness to accept other peoples practices.

Red Cross saids "We all expect blood to be there for us, but barely a fraction of those who can give do. Yet sooner or later, virtually all of us will face a time of great vulnerability in which we will need blood."

Well this last week, I was going to give blood to help out a family member at the Red Cross in Balanga City, Bataan Philippines. Well I guess not why because I'm a Expat in the Philippine, See I learn that all expats come to the Philippines not live here or be with our loved ones. No all expats come to the Philippines to case after Bar girls and Bar boy and have sex with them all! This was the basic suggestion from the Red Cross work! And he said this in front of my wife and family. Now, I do under stand the they want to keep the blood supply safe.

But if I was an OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers) this would have never been said to me or my family! They would have taking my blood.

Well ones thing has change for me, I will not give too or ever help out the Red Cross because they have made it so deeply personal that they do not need my gift of blood.

Cleaning out some boxes of things I send home to my wife here in the Philippines, I locate some old photographs of my father at work. This picture just made me smile!

My father was always off to work too, and no matter what time of the day it was. ... Oh, sure, I know there are old photos ...

The Year is about 1944-1947.

Social networking sites are typically free to join, some with paid membership. But just about all with members having their own home page with a passport photograph, some basic personal data about your self, your friends my also be listed on your home page, it's very common for your friends to communicate with you by posting public messages.


Some are getting rich from our social networking, Say what you ask? Well it comes from all the personal data being warehouses and sold off about you. Yes, maybe to your own Government!


Yes I'm on some of these Social networking sites, LinkedIn and Facebook to name just two.

Well some thing never change! Manila is by far the richest city in Philippines, and with fuel and food price increases all over the Philippines. Now it has all of us looking to cut travel costs and time to get to work. You know it as the morning rush. Manila has the Light Rail Transit (LRT)it was only used as transport for the masses. Well not any more these days since fuel prices started increasing this year. Now days you see more and more people wearing ties and barongs you know them as business men, ones who would never be a passengers on the LTR. Well it's no longer a matter of choice but of necessity. The commuters are confident they are saving time and money using the LRT and MTR it will take you 20 minutes but by car it could take two hours. It all come down to inflation soars in the Philippines and gasoline prices climb relentlessly. The good news is Manila's legendary traffic jams are diminishing, and air quality is getting better and that good for ever one.

Today is my birthday - my 49th birthday. Or, more precisely, I turned 49 this night at 9:35pm. Now where I've lived way too long to die and leave this world as good looking corpse. The the only other option open to me now is to live long enough to become a burden on society. I have a very very special person in my life she is my wife, Lourdes who I love from the deepest part of my heart and soul. With her at my side I can dream new dreams.











In 365 days from now, I'll reach the age of 50, and then all the rules will have changed. And Just maybe In the next 12 months, I may meet one or two people who will end up calling a close friend for the rest of my life — or I may realize that I've already met that person.

Seriously now the only sad part is I have three older sibling two bother and one sister and they have never once remember my birthday, No phone call, No Email or even a card.

Some time today I may be sharing a coffee or Tea and I'll look at the person and think how lucky I am, how much richer my life is because I had a chance to get to know them.

My wish is to be happy and healthy, and to spread unconditional joy everywhere in my life today and to find a job!

Well it true somethings never change! The morning commute to work also known as the morning rush is one of those things. It does not matter if you are in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Tokyo or Manila here in the Philippines. Almost everyone has some type of morning commute to work!

Well but me I'm unemployed right now. That is why I can work on my Blog.










It's hearing the sound of the morning rush. Every morning about 5 am I can look out my window and see men and mostly women doing the commute rush to work, the Children's morning rush to school starts about 7 am. This has me wondering how most families deal with this morning rush ... Daddy or Mom work and the kids attend a daycare or school. Well I know here in the Philippines it all about avoiding the morning rush with planning and preparation. When morning time is unhurried and organized, everyone is more relaxed and the day begins much brighter. I have so much I can said about our morning rush.... But I will save it for a later day. I think it time for my 2nd cup of morning coffee..

A new 44th president of the United States, Mr. Barack Hussein Obama wins the White House! Mr. Barack Hussein Obama will come into office after an election in which he laid out a number of clear promises: to cut taxes for most Americans, to get the United States out of Iraq in a fast and in orderly fashion, and to expand health care! So Mr. Barack Hussein Obama as the president also has democrats in control of both the House and the Senate in overwhelming numbers. This election ended by any and all definition was one of the most remarkable contests in American history. I do not care who the president of the United States is or will be tomorrow.

Seriously, it really BULL looking for a new job (Career) . I lost my job pretty suddenly over a BULL situation , so I'm out looking for work. I am, trying to convince employers that I live up to my resume. Then I get to email telling about "skill sets" they need and "processes" in place to "service clients" and "meet expectations" and so on and so on.

Still, my 3 hour commune home everyday in the SF Bay area sounds better all the time.

Looking for a career has caused me to recall that BULL and it can be applied many times over as both a noun and verb when it comes to job hunting. You know all those questions. That the HR person insist on asking you. In most case's they're always the same generally questions. And all this just to hear, "

You are so over qualified that they would expect to lose you very quickly"

The last time people talk this much and say so little, I was watching the News for 2008 U.S.A. presidential election.

Let's face it most us just BULL those answers to get hired. So it's not really your competency to work that they're gaging, it's your BULL skills.

Why do you want to work here at this company?

Because the other company wouldn't let me work for them and I need money. I'm sorry was there any other reason why anyone would be willingly work here?

Why should we hire you?

Because I have no standards this point. I'll work at your crap job and pretend to respect you in exchange for cash.

What are your motivations for working here?

Because I like to have food on my table and a roof over my head. And I need money to live on!

And does every Human Resources Management use the same email? .

While it's a no-brainier to focus on how best to answer those typical interview questions, don't forget to pay some attention to that other 85% of what you're communicating non-verbally. Note6: Don't wait around for any follow up from Human Resources Management and Recruiters. Sometimes no news is good news. "The timetable of the recruiter and the timetable of the job seeker are never the same.

Note7: Before sending any cover letter, resume, or follow up letter get another person to look at it. After all, "the only thing worse than not sending or cover letter, resume, or follow up letter is sending one with a typo.

The news here is all buzz with U.S. election. Both Radio and TV news in the Philippines are taking about our election that is news Why because the Philippines has close political, economic and cultural ties with the U.S ever since it was a U.S. colony from 1898 to 1946. The United States continues to be the Philippines' largest trading partner and its major source of foreign investment.

Now this is news people lined up at the early-voting center as early as 6:30 a.m. in Ohio, a poll worker said"I think it is fair to say that we had a four-hour line before we opened the doors," In California, San Diego voters were waiting up to three hours to vote at the county registrar office, according to CNN affiliate XETV. These politicians all have their finger up to see where the breeze is blowing. I'm so happy to see this turnout for US presidential election.

Is talking about other people behind their backs a bad thing? Well I think so. I had this happen to my wife the other day and it upset me hear about. why because what was said was not true. The big joke is people pretend like they really hate to do it right before doing it! As far as I'm concerned talking behind people's back's is all the rage here in the Philippines. On both the receiving and giving sides. But if you are going to do this please tell the truth about this person. After all it is better to tell the truth and make someone cry than to tell a lie just to make someone smile.
